Cinemas around King's Lynn

The Majestic

Tower St, King's Lynn PE30 1EJ, UK – 01553 771918

Cinema 1 is without doubt the best viewing experience I have experienced. It's a beautiful old building and screen one feels like you are seated in an old music hall with steep angled seating. This makes for a superb view from anywhere. Within the old setting the seats are spacious, comfortable and modern and the screen is crystal clear with top quality sound. If you love films this is the place to watch them.

Beautiful historic building with original features. The cinema is very up to date with the showings and very prompt starting. Snacks and drinks are reasonable as well which is a bonus. Only issue we found is there is no lift for my nan who has trouble with stairs and only 1 screen downstairs. There is a bar in the balcony area open in the evenings. Kept pretty clean as well but seats are quite low and not the most comfortable if you have long legs

Theatres for King's Lynn

Alive Corn Exchange

Tuesday Market Pl, King's Lynn PE30 1JW, UK – 01553 764864

I have been to see a few groups play here and always had a great time. Good central location where you are two minutes away from a Weatherspoons. There is a bar in the corn exchange which mainly focuses on beer and mini wine bottles or soft drinks. Good view from the seats in the venue and friendly atmosphere.

This was a night to remember for the wife and mother in law. They went to see the Dream Boys at the Corn Exchange. There was a large welcoming foyer with a bar that provides all the refreshments you need. There is a level entrance with accessible seating for wheelchair users. Parking is plentiful outside the door with a large level car park that is a pay and display. The exchange is perfect for a night out as it's big enough to make your night out spectacular. Reasonable prices and a good selection of entertainment.

St George's Guildhall

29 King St, King's Lynn PE30 1HA, UK – 01553 779095

Lovely old building full of historical connections.

The jewel in the King's Lynn crown. Beautiful building!

King's Lynn Arts Centre

29 King St, King's Lynn PE30 1HA, UK – 01553 779095

Unfortunately only a very limited number of events to attend here now that it is no longer supported by the Borough Council. Occasional art exhibitions and regular monthly film showings.

Always great sound and friendly staff when I've visited. A big part of Lynn's cultural history
